Beginner Level
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

- Push up into a backbend

- Backbends
- Cartwheels
- Splits
- Headstands
- Handstands
- Forward and backward rolls
Intermediate Level
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Skills Required:
- Unassisted standing backbend
Skills Taught:
- Front and back limbers
- Walkovers
- Advanced cartwheels
- Standing one-leg balances
Advanced Level
Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Skills Required:
- Front and back walkovers
Skills Taught:
- Back handsprings
- Aerials
- Single-leg turns
Pricing
$150 for one day
$225 for both days
Limited Availability
Enrollment is limited to 12 students per class.
Registration is first come, first served.
Placement Information
Each class is structured to support dancers based on skill level rather than age. Levels are determined by the skills each student has mastered to ensure they receive appropriate instruction and gain the greatest benefit from their acro intensive.
